The Kansas City Chiefs’ 2020 schedule has been revealed, so let’s look at the five toughest games for the team on their path to repeat as Super Bowl champions.

The “Run It Back” Tour will begin on September 10th when the Kansas City Chiefs face the Houston Texans in the NFL’s season opener. That game is going to be tough, but what are some other tough games on the 2020 schedule? Let’s take a look.

NUMBER FIVE: HOUSTON TEXANS (WEEK 1)

Let’s keep this on the Texans game, which definitely stands to be one of the toughest games on the schedule this year. The Texans got the better of the Chiefs in the regular season last year – which took place at Arrowhead in week six – and were on their way to blowing them out in the AFC Divisional Round – which also took place at Arrowhead.

The Texans have shown they’re not intimidated by Arrowhead and they’re a talented team every year. A big reason as to why is because of Deshaun Watson, who was taken in the same draft as Patrick Mahomes and this right is why Chiefs vs Texans was chosen as the NFL season opener. It pits two of the brightest stars against each other.

Even though Houston can’t seem to get out of their own way most of the time, they’re a formidable opponent and are going to avenge that embarrassing loss in the Divisional Round. They’ll bring their all on September 10th, even if it is (hopefully) banner night at Arrowhead Stadium.
