Targets for Round Two (pick 63)

Also included in this round are players who have a chance to be there at 63, but might be more realistic earlier in the second round if the Chiefs trade down.

3. Damon Arnette, Ohio State

Arnette gets overshadowed by Jeff Okudah, but is a top 5 cornerback. He has the NFL size and speed that corners need to survive at the next level. He is good in coverage, but is noted to get a little over-aggressive at times which can lead to penalties.

However, Arnette had the lowest passer rating against of all cornerbacks in the draft according to PFF. Arnette may not get to 63, however, and may only be an option for the Chiefs if they decide to trade back.

4. Bryce Hall, Virginia

Bryce Hall is one of my favorite targets for the Chiefs in the entire draft. I have been on team Hall-Thornhill 2020 since I very first began my draft research. He has that previously built chemistry with Juan Thornhill from their Virginia days and on top of that was a childhood Chiefs fan!

Hall isn’t really known as a guy who will wow you with his speed, but he instead uses good football IQ, length, and ball skills to get the job done. One thing about Hall is that he had an ankle injury that required surgery, so that could scare a lot of teams off and allow whoever he falls to to get a bargain.
