START ‘EM – D/ST

00. player. 124. . D/ST. Kansas City Chiefs. Kansas City D/ST

This is a risky play, but after seeing the beatdown the Chiefs gave Denver earlier in the year, I like their chances of putting up some fantasy points in this one as well. It all depends on how confident fantasy owners are in rookie Drew Lock, who will be starting just his third NFL game.

Lock will be starting against the Chiefs in Arrowhead and that team still has a ton to play for. Throw in that their defense has been much better at getting takeaways and getting after the quarterback and this is a risk that owners should be willing to take.

SIT ‘EM – D/ST

Houston Texans. Houston D/ST. 00. player. 10. . D/ST

The Texans defense laid an egg against the Broncos offense a week ago and I’d continue to leave them on the bench this week, as they head to Nashville for a date with the fiery Titans. With how badly Houston’s defense played against a rookie quarterback, why would you trust them against one of the hottest offenses in the NFL right now?

The answer is, you shouldn’t. Sit the Texans defense for week 15 and turn to the waiver wire to help you out.
