LOSER: RUN GAME

The Chiefs not being able to run the ball effectively is going to cost them at some point this season. This unit has struggled all season long and captured just 75 yards on the ground despite 29 attempts at running the football.

LeSean McCoy had 11 carries for 39 yards, newly signed Spencer Ware got in on the action with five carries for 11 yards, and rookie Darwin Thompson barely made a dent with four carries for seven yards. I know the Patriots run defense is pretty good, but 75 yards off of 29 carries isn’t good at all.

The lack of rushing attack will cost Kansas City a big game moving forward, but it doesn’t look like this group will be turning heads any time soon.

LOSER: OFFICIATING

What a s—show, am I right? The officiating in the NFL has been atrocious for years near, but this year it’s been taken to a whole new level.

In this game, there were bad calls that affected both teams. There were also flags that weren’t thrown that should have been, but the biggest was when Patrick Mahomes ran out of bounds and a Patriots defender hit him as he was clearly headed out of the field of play. No flag was thrown.

Not all of the calls benefited the Patriots though, and while that’s all fine and dandy for Chiefs fans, the officiating is a major problem and is ruining the sport.

That pass to N’Keal Harry was a touchdown and the refs shouldn’t have blown the Travis Kelce fumble play dead. There’s 12 points for New England right there, but it’s hard to feel sorry for them considering the questionable calls going in their favor in the past. Now you know how the rest of us feel.
