6. After the Raiders Scored a Touchdown, Hilarity Ensues

I laughed really, really hard when the Chiefs blocked the extra point and then returned it for a deuce.

7. What Wind?

The wind clearly affected Oakland’s kicker, Daniel Carlson, as he missed his first field goal attempt by a country mile. But it didn’t seem to make much difference to Harrison Butker, who seems like a different kicker these half-dozen or so games. Butker’s going to be vital down the stretch and in the playoffs.

10. Silencing Oakland for Good

The Raiders will live another day as the team sets out for Las Vegas next season. But the Oakland Raiders will be no more after this season. Had they won this game, they would’ve controlled the AFC West. By losing, though, the road to the playoffs is going to be tough.

I don’t think they’re going to make it, which means this is the last month we’ll ever hear about the Oakland Raiders. This game–this dominant win by the Chiefs–is the nail in Oakland’s coffin.

Good riddance.
