NUMBER 2

WEEK 13 VS RAIDERS

I didn’t anticipate this game being the “second toughest game”, but when looking at the rest of the games, it fell here. After their inexplicable at the hands of the hapless New York Jets Sunday, Oakland fell t0 5-5. The Raiders aren’t a scary team at all. They barely squeaked past the winless Bengals in week 11.

Throw in that this game is at Arrowhead Stadium, where Derek Carr has been HORRENDOUS throughout his career and this will be one of those overhyped games where the national fan base is disappointed with the end result.

The Raiders showed some positives this year, winning five of their last seven outings before the disaster in The Big Apple. They won the first three outings in November against the Lions(three wins), Chargers (four wins), and the Bengals (zero wins).

I don’t know, but when it comes to them being on the same level as the Chiefs, that’s just laughable.

Expect Carr to throw his usual interception or two, get sacked three or four times, and for Travis Kelce to burn the Raiders secondary yet again. 2019 shouldn’t be the year in which Carr gets his first win at Arrowhead Stadium.

Even with all of that said, this is still a tougher match-up than the others because the Raiders are actually playing for something still while the Bears, Broncos, and Chargers are not.

Plus, the Raiders probably want to beat the Chiefs more than any other team, and unbelievably, they are only a game behind Kansas City in the AFC West. If nothing else, they would love to play spoiler to any and all Chiefs aspirations at the playoffs and home-field advantage. They will come fired up!
