Fantasy Football 2019: Start Em, Sit Em for Week 12

While not the most impressive unit, the Raiders defense has been a good option to start the last few weeks, purely based on match-ups. Last week for instance, they forced turnovers right and left and notched five sacks against the winless Bengals.
This week, Oakland gets the Jets, who despite being on a roll the past two weeks, still are turnover prone and led by a shaky Sam Darnold. Get the Raiders D in your lineups for week 12.
SIT ‘EM – D/ST

The Panthers defense looked pretty good to start the year, but they’ve faltered recently. Things probably won’t get much better for them this weekend, as they travel to New Orleans to play the Saints.
Aside from the odd loss to the Falcons in week 10, the Saints offense has had their way with defenses this year and seldom turn the ball over. Expect Drew Brees and his boys to roll the Panthers in this one.
