3. Kelce’s Great Night

The veteran tight end caught seven passes on 10 targets for 92 yards with one touchdown reception. He stepped it up after Tyreek Hill went down early, leading the Chiefs in targets, receptions, and receiving yards. The next closest player as far was receiving yards was LeSean McCoy–with 28 yards.

4. The Toe-Dragging Touchdown Reception

A thing of beauty, this pass-and-catch between Mahomes and Travis Kelce that put the Chiefs up 24-9.

5. Under Rivers’ Skin

I missed this during the broadcast, but things got a little chippy in the third quarter between the Chargers’ long-time quarterback and members of the Chiefs defense, among them Clark.

This is great. Love seeing the Chiefs getting under the skin of an opposing player. Not only did they beat Rivers physically (two sacks, seven QB hits), but they also messed with him mentally. Marvelous.
