LOSER: INJURIES

It wasn’t long into the game before the injuries started to pile up for the Chiefs, with Tyreek Hill, Damien Williams, Austin Reiter, Jordan Lucas, and LeSean McCoy getting banged up at some point throughout the course of four quarters.

The field conditions in Mexico City weren’t exactly great, but for a team that was finally starting to look healthy again, this game brought about a bunch of new injuries. Thankfully – the bye week has finally arrived and that gives this team a chance to rest up and get healthy.

LOSER: FOURTH QUARTER PLAY CALLING

With two separate drives to try and put things away in the fourth quarter, Andy Reid continued to call questionable plays on offense. On one drive, there was a screen to LeSean McCoy that went over his head on first down. Two plays later, Reid called the same play and it was the same result. Weird how that happens.

After stopping the Chargers offense several times, Reid failed to put the game away and that’s something we’re all used to when it comes to his time management and play calling. Had it not been for a game sealing pick by Dirty Dan himself, Reid’s play calling would have been a major talking point over the next two weeks.
