Words can not describe the exact feeling most of us have about this KC Chiefs team so far this season, but now they need to get a win against the Chargers in week 11.

We are now two games past the halfway point of the 2019 NFL season and it has been a whirlwind of an emotional roller coaster for the Kansas City Chiefs to this point. So far we have seen:

  • The Chiefs defense go from very bad to very good and then back to very bad once more.
  • The MVP Quarterback (Patrick Mahomes) go down and scare the entire football world only to look like Superman and return and play after only two weeks removed from a dislocated knee cap. (Not to mention the ankle sprain as well)
  • We have watched our entire offensive line be cycled in and out more than some people change underwear.
  • Our entire defensive has been plagued by injuries. (Chris Jones, Frank Clark, Alex Okafor, Emmanuel Ogbah, Xavier Williams, Kendall Fuller, ect..)
  • We have seen skeptical play calls from an atrocious tight end dump call on third and two to running a draw on second and long frequently.

Among all these things we have endured from our beloved Kansas City Chiefs mentioned above and many other unnamed travesties, here we set two games above .500, the Oakland/Las Vegas Raiders of all teams breathing down our necks, and currently sitting just outside of a Wild Card playoff spot.

Believe it or not things could actually be worse than they are now so take a step back, catch your breath, and get ready for a second half run starting with the Los Angeles Chargers and what we can expect in our first match-up with them this season.
