START ‘EM – D/ST

15. . D/ST. New Orleans Saints. New Orleans D/ST. 00. player

The Saints defense has picked up right where it left off a season ago and it’s become a near must start unit at this point. This week is a tremendous match-up for the New Orleans D, as it gets the hapless Falcons in New Orleans. Between turnovers and overall confusion, the Falcons offense has floundered this year.

Get that N’Awlins defense in your starting lineups for Sunday.

SIT ‘EM – D/ST

00. player. 87. . D/ST. Carolina Panthers. Carolina D/ST

Anytime a team is playing Green Bay, it’s probably wise to sit that defense. The Panthers defense might seem like a tough defense to sit due to how well they’ve played this year (other than against the 49ers, yikes), but you might have to swallow your pride and sit Carolina here.

This game is in Green Bay, where the Packers are incredibly difficult team to play. Plus Aaron Rodgers doesn’t turn the football over, so getting fantasy points off of turnovers won’t be the likeliest scenario come Sunday. Sit the Panthers D.
