START ‘EM – QB

8. player. 60. . Quarterback. Minnesota Vikings. Kirk Cousins

I’m pretty sure this is the first time all season where I’ve had Kirk Cousins as a Start ‘Em candidate and he’s worked his way up from being a joke to now being a great QB1 option in leagues. This week, Cousins gets the Chiefs on the road. Arrowhead Stadium has been kind to opposing quarterbacks this season, as Michael Fabiano of NFL.com notes they’ve scored an average of 20 points there.

The only reason to be cautious here is that the Vikings are very much a “run first” offense and that will limit Cousins’ opportunities to make big plays.

SIT ‘EM – QB

player. 54. . Quarterback. Philadelphia Eagles. Carson Wentz. 11

How the mighty have fallen. Carson Wentz is no longer a surefire Start ‘Em candidate and this week he’s actually a Sit ‘Em candidate. Wentz and his Eagles have a tough game against the Bears defense, who have done well at containing opposing quarterbacks.

With the rollercoaster that has been Wentz and the Eagles so far this season, don’t bank on him to deliver against a good Bears defense.
