START ‘EM – D/ST

. D/ST. Pittsburgh Steelers. Pittsburgh D/ST. 1. player. 55

If your strategy has been to stream whichever defense is playing the Dolphins, then that means this week it’s the Steelers turn to start for you! We’ve all seen how poorly the Dolphins have played this year and the Steelers defense put on a show two weeks ago against the Chargers offense.

More than likely, you won’t need convincing to roll with this unit, as Miami is absolutely atrocious in just about every department. Start the Steelers D (who play on Monday night, by the way) and watch the points roll in.

SIT ‘EM – D/ST

124. . D/ST. Kansas City Chiefs. Kansas City D/ST. 2. player

After a game in which the Chiefs defense totaled nine sacks and forced several turnovers, it might seem odd to bench them now. Well, they’re playing the Packers this week and that’s a much better team than the Broncos.

Don’t expect the Chiefs to replicate their dominant defensive performance from a week ago. This unit has mostly struggled throughout 2019 and considering Aaron Rodgers doesn’t turn the ball over, it’s doubtful he starts doing so against a bad defense.

Fade the Chiefs D this week.
