START ‘EM – RB

. Running Back. New Orleans Saints. Latavius Murray. 1. player. 15

The Saints have been rolling without their starting quarterback and continued to roll against the supposed best defense in the NFL and without Alvin Kamara. Why is that exactly? Well, because Latavius Murray stepped up and kicked butt, that’s why.

Murray is another good option to play as an RB2 or flex this week as well, as it’s likely the Saints will keep Kamara out another week (since they have a bye the following week). New Orleans is hosting the Cardinals, who are one of the worst teams in the league at stopping the run.

Even if Kamara does play (which it’d be silly for the Saints to throw him out there too soon), get Latavius Murray into your starting lineups.

SIT ‘EM – RB

16. . Running Back. Buffalo Bills. Frank Gore. 2. player

The Bills have been one of the more surprising teams this year and running back Frank Gore has scored two touchdowns for them in his 15th season. While Gore’s durability has been impressive, I don’t like his chances this week against the Eagles run defense.

Yes, Philly’s defense is banged up, but their run defense is still one of the better units in the league. They’ve allowed an average of 3.7 yards per carry and only averaged 89.4 yards per game. With the long-time vet splitting carries with rookie Devin Singletary and the Eagles run defense being solid, I’d fade Frank Gore this week.
