Week seven of the NFL season is underway and it’s time to get those fantasy football lineups set! Who should you start and who should you sit this week?

Before we get into my featured five Start ‘Ems and featured five Sit ‘Ems, let’s take a look at how I did last week with my recommendations for fantasy football.

  • Quarterback – Kyler Murray (28.8) – Another excellent performance by the rookie QB.
  • Running Back – Kerryon Johnson (14.1) – Should have had a bigger night.
  • Wide Receiver – D.J. Moore (15.6) – Nice outing from the Panthers wideout.
  • Tight End – Austin Hooper (25.7) – Tight ends continue to rake against the Cardinals.
  • Defense/Special Teams – Chargers (4) – Not exactly the outing owners expected.

Here were my Sit ‘Ems:

  • Quarterback – Baker Mayfield (19.5) – Turnovers continue to kill his fantasy value.
  • Running Back – Jordan Howard (4.9) – Not much to see here.
  • Wide Receiver – Emmanuel Sanders (1) – Finally correctly called sitting Sanders.
  • Tight End – O.J. Howard (5.5) – He’s been disappointing to say the least.
  • Defense/Special Teams – Texans (5) – Did better than expected against the Chiefs.

This was probably the best week yet for me as far as these selections went. The Chargers defense appeared to be a good play on paper, but came out stinking against a third string quarterback. Can’t fault me much for that pick.

Let’s see if I can follow up my good week six picks in week seven!

TEAMS ON BYE WEEK: BROWNS, BUCCANEERS, PANTHERS, STEELERS
