Coming off of a week four battle against the Lions, the KC Chiefs will head back home for its first primetime action of the 2019 season. The Colts are coming to town for that one! What should fans watch for?

During the week four match-up in Detroit, we saw a side of the Kansas City Chiefs that we had yet to see this season. The Chiefs fell in a early 10-0 hole and had to continue to battle throughout the rest of the game.

The poise and determination from Patrick Mahomes stood out the most in this game. Adversity has not been an issue for Mahomes in his early career, as he looks and acts like well seasoned vet at a young age. While not throwing a single touchdown pass during the entirety of the game, he was still able to guide his team to a victory.

With the help of heads up plays from the Chiefs defense, veteran Bashaud Breeland proved what it means to not stop playing until the whistle is blown. A 100-yard scoop and score was a game changing play for Kansas City when it could have just as easily been six points going in Detroit favor.

Escaping the game with win number four on the season and no significant injuries, the Chiefs now come back home to welcome Mark Reich and the Indianapolis Colts.

Here are some factors to watch in this week’s match-up.
