START ‘EM – D/ST

. D/ST. Philadelphia Eagles. Philadelphia D/ST. 1. player. 54

The Eagles defense has been a mixed bag for the most part, but a lot of that has been due to injuries. This week, however, they’re a fantastic play. If you’re one of those owners who picks up a new defense each week, the Eagles are the best choice, as they get the lowly Jets offense in week five. Expect a big performance by the Philly D.

SIT ‘EM – D/ST

player. 45. . D/ST. Denver Broncos. Denver D/ST. 2

Oh how the mighty have fallen. The Broncos no longer have a “must start” defense in fantasy football and this is a week where you should definitely sit them. Denver faces the Chargers in week five, who have been lighting it up offensively, especially through the air.

Don’t rely on the Denver D to do much for you in week five. Bench that unit.
