Fantasy Football 2019: Start Em, Sit Em for Week 4
START ‘EM – RB
Kerryon Johnson has been disappointing so far this season, but he has a great match-up this weekend against the Kansas City Chiefs, whose run defense is awful. The Chiefs rank sixth to last as far as rushing yards allowed goes, which bodes well for Johnson and the Lions rushing attack.
We all know how quickly the Chiefs can score, so in order for Detroit to hang with KC in this game, the Lions will need to run the ball, chew time off the clock, and keep Mahomes on the sidelines. That’s where Johnson comes into play and he should be a nice RB2 or FLEX option come Sunday.
SIT ‘EM – RB
It’s been a slow start for Devonta Freeman so far, as the Falcons running back has yet to amass 100 yards in a game or find the end zone. He hasn’t been a threat in the receiving game either, making him kind of a meh option against Tennessee.
While the Titans run defense hasn’t been great, I wouldn’t bank on Freeman to rebound much in week four. Keep Freeman on the bench on Sunday.
