WHAT TO WATCH VS JAGUARS

Nick Foles

After declining a contract option year in Philly, Nick Foles signed a four-year contract with the Jacksonville Jaguars to become their new starting quarterback. Now on his fourth team since being drafted in 2012, Nick Foles will have the first chance in his career to start and play all 16 games for his current team.

Playing for the Eagles, Rams (back when they were still in St. Louis), and the Chiefs in years prior, Foles has always been the man to step in due to injury from the team’s current starter. Over the course of his career he has tied the record for passing touchdowns in a game (7) and even received Super Bowl MVP during his 2017 season with the Eagles after taking over for Carson Wentz.

NFL fans have had plenty of chances to witness Foles’ play over the past years and Chiefs know what to expect from him from firsthand experience. He will not be afraid to let the ball fly and will be aggressive with his play.

With over 30 interceptions in his career, Chiefs defensive backs will need to keep their heads on a swivel and ready to make a play when the ball is in the air.
