Week 8 – Kansas City Chiefs vs Green Bay Packers (SNF) (Kole)

Patrick Mahomes vs Aaron Rodgers: Part I promises to be an exciting battle.

The game itself is a Sunday Night Football game at Arrowhead, which is sure to add even more hype as the game approaches. By this time in the season, fans will have a good idea just where the defenses of the Chiefs and Packers stand, and if either improved enough to spur a deep playoff run.

Initially, I thought this was going to be a Chiefs loss. My brain told me that you can’t win them all, but as I dug deeper, I was swayed to go with the Chiefs here.

The fact that it is at Arrowhead is a big factor, but also the fact the Chiefs will be coming off of ten days rest because of a Thursday Night Football matchup with the Broncos in Week 7.

PREDICTION: Expect fireworks on offense and for the Chiefs to pull out a last minute 31-28 win.

STANDOUT PLAYER: This will be known as the Mecole Hardman breakout game. Up to this point, he will have hit or miss weeks with big plays. He goes for seven catches, 129 yards and a touchdown in a dominating performance.

RECORD: 7-1
