Fantasy football is just about here. With the season opener inching closer by the day, fantasy drafts should be starting in most leagues anytime now.

Everyone knows the importance of having a great draft, but most fantasy players still don’t pay near enough attention to the later rounds of their draft. The later rounds are much more important than what many players realize. The late rounds often won’t break your team, but they can frequently make your team.

So if you really want to put yourself in the best position to win your fantasy league this season prepping for the later rounds should be important. Having a list of guys that you can get late in drafts could pay off tremendously.

Guys like Mike Williams, Robert Woods, Chris Godwin, Tyler Lockett, Kenny Golladay, James Conner, Nick Chubb, and George Kittle could all be grabbed in the ninth round or later last season and all ended up finishing the season with a much higher value than their average draft position (ADP) according to Fantasy Football Calculator.

The guys listed above are proof of why the later rounds are so important. Robert Woods went from an ADP of 108 to being a top-12 fantasy receiver. Many of the other wide receivers listed above were taken a round or two later than Woods and finished as a fantasy wide receiver two. Conner went from an ADP of 168 to running back six in fantasy football last season.

As you can see there are guys who will hold a ton of value in the later rounds of fantasy drafts. Finding cheap guys like that who end up being an important part of your fantasy team can make the difference in winning your fantasy league and finishing in the middle of the pack.

So here we go, 15 deep sleepers for fantasy football in 2019.
