BEN NIEMANN

Ben Niemann was a name that floated around last preseason as a surprising name to emerge and here he is one year later, still making waves throughout the summer months. Niemann has been impressive so far, totaling nine tackles through two games and really proving that he could be a mainstay on the Chiefs defense.

With Dorian O’Daniel virtually disappearing over the last few weeks, could Niemann sneak past him on the depth chart? Let’s see if he has another big game in week three of the preseason.

HERB MILLER

Herb Miller has been one of the more surprising names over the first two games of the preseason and with how weak the cornerback spot has been for the Chiefs, the kid could have a shot at making the 53-man roster.

Chiefs fans should continue to keep an eye on Miller and see if his stock keeps going up. If he doesn’t make the 53-man roster, he should at least be a viable practice squad member.
