Kansas City Chiefs who have improved their situations this preseason
The time of year has come where teams are about to make roster cuts and begin narrowing down to the final depth chart. Which members of the Kansas City Chiefs have improved their situations the most so far?
Certain players are beginning to separate themselves and find their role on the team. With some players just getting limited roles, others are gaining more attention putting themselves in position to see more snaps. Here are some players on the Kansas City Chiefs roster who may have worked their way into more playing time.
TANOH KPASSAGNON
Tanoh Kpassagnon is a hulk of a man that is finally coming into his own this year. After two years in the league, it was unknown if the 2017 second round draft pick was going to amount to anything. Now getting back to playing with his hand in the dirt, he has revitalized his status on the team.
With Kpassagnon fitting into this new defensive scheme, he is becoming the player the Chiefs had envisioned for him. This preseason he has come up with four tackles, one sack, one tackle for loss, and has put pressure on the quarterback multiple times.
Kpassagnon is busting through lines and showing his speed and abilities to get to the quarterback. With his play growing once again, it will be hard to keep this big man off the field. Playing along side stars like Frank Clark and Chris Jones will allow him to shine more.
