FANTASY FOOTBALL WIDE RECEIVERS TO TARGET IN 2019
NUMBER 19 – ALSHON JEFFERY
2018 Standard Scoring: 26th (120.3)
2018 PPR Scoring: 26th (185.3)
Many football analysts are predicting a big year for Carson Wentz if he can stay healthy. If Wentz is going to have a big year as predicted, that means Alshon Jeffery is probably going to have to have a pretty good year too.
One of the biggest keys to Wentz’s success is staying healthy and the same goes for Jeffery. Jeffery missed the first three games of the season last year and still was able to amass 843 yards and six touchdowns and almost managed to crack the top 25.
You have to think if Wentz and Jeffery can put a whole 16 game season together healthy, Jeffery should easily surpass 1,000 yards and get eight to ten touchdowns. If he is able to reach these type of numbers he would easily find himself ranked in the top 20 fantasy receivers.
Jeffery can likely be grabbed in the sixth round of 12-team fantasy drafts and could easily boast fourth or fifth round value by seasons end if everything falls into place.
