FANTASY FOOTBALL ROOKIES TO TARGET IN 2019

NUMBER 10 – D.K. METCALF, WIDE RECEIVER (SEAHAWKS)

One of the more high-profile receivers in this past draft was none other than D.K. Metcalf of Ole Miss. Part of why so many people knew his name was because of how jacked the guy was prior to the combine and other draft events. He was RIPPED!

The Seahawks ended up selecting Metcalf in round three and they’ll add him to their wide receiver corps. Russell Wilson is still at the top of his game, so one would have to think he and Metcalf will get on the same page early on.

With that said, however, D.K. Metcalf could truly be the biggest boom or bust prospect in this rookie class in fantasy football. He’s talented no doubt, but never went for over 650 yards during a single season in his college career.

With Seattle consistently being a good team, Metcalf should be a good player, but it’ll be interesting to see if he lives up to his potential. Draft him with the intention of using him as a bench player and if he becomes a useful WR2 or flex option, then good for you!
