Sometimes it can be risky drafting a rookie in fantasy football, but there are some decent ones to keep an eye out for in your respective drafts this summer. Who are the 15 best to target?

It can be tricky drafting rookies in fantasy football because while we’ve seen what those guys can do at the collegiate level, the NFL is a whole different ball game. Also – A lot of the time the rookies aren’t getting as much playing time due to being a backup, a third stringer, or even buried on the depth chart.

All of that being said, there are several talented rookies worth picking up in your fantasy football drafts this summer. Running backs and wide receivers are what makes the league go round, at least in PPR leagues, but one quarterback and one tight end made my list as well.

For the most part though, it’s running backs and wide receivers to target in their rookie years. This won’t be like last year where five quarterbacks were taken in the first round and all had an opportunity to start by midseason (and all of them did just that).

With only two quarterbacks going in the first round this past year and only one of those being a shoe-in to start, you should be able to figure out which signal caller makes this list.

Now, let’s check out the 15 rookies to target in fantasy football for the 2019 season!
