FANTASY FOOTBALL QUARTERBACKS TO TARGET IN 2019

NUMBER 12 – DAK PRESCOTT

Dak Prescott is a good fantasy football quarterback because he throws the ball and runs with it. Prescott might not air it out as much as some of the guys listed higher up on here, but his running yards is what makes him valuable in fantasy.

Last year saw Prescott total 3,885 yards through the air to go along with 22 touchdowns and eight interceptions. He added another 305 yards and six touchdowns on the ground.

What hurt Prescott from being as effective was that his offensive line wasn’t the level of eliteness that it was in 2016 and 2017. He was sacked 56 times in 2018, which is just one sack shy of his first two years COMBINED.

If Prescott’s offensive line remains healthy (or somewhat healthy), the Cowboys quarterback should be able to ball out in 2019. He’s got Amari Cooper to throw to and now Jason Witten is back in the fold. Will that be enough to make Prescott a QB1 in fantasy football this season?
