FANTASY FOOTBALL QUARTERBACKS TO TARGET IN 2019

NUMBER 13 – JARED GOFF

Jared Goff was a pleasant surprise last year and his efforts helped get the Rams to their first Super Bowl in nearly two decades. Goff started the year off hot, but fizzled a bit down the stretch. His inability to run with the football also limits him from being a shoe-in QB1 in fantasy football this year.

Goff finished his third year in the pros (second full season as a starter) with 4,688 yards, 32 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions. He had 108 rushing yards and found the end zone with his legs twice.

While Goff isn’t a bad QB1 option by any means, his accuracy is one of his biggest problems. He has great weapons and with Cooper Kupp returning in 2019 (Kupp getting hurt was when Goff’s numbers declined), look for Jared Goff to be available in the later rounds, depending on how big your league is.
