PEYTON MANNING – MVP IN 2013

Making his second appearance on this list is Peyton Manning, who won MVP five times throughout his career. In the final MVP title he’d take home, Manning was more than deserving of it, much to the dismay of Chiefs fans.

In Manning’s second season with the Broncos, he threw for 5,477 yards (holy crap), 55 touchdowns, and ten interceptions while leading Denver to a 13-3 record. The Broncos were eventually blown out in the Super Bowl at the hands of the Seahawks, but Manning’s 2013 campaign was still incredible.

To be fair, it’d be tough to have a better season than that, even for one of the best ever in Peyton Manning. His 2014 season was still a solid one: 4,727 yards, 39 touchdowns, and 15 picks. The Broncos went 12-4 and lost in the AFC Divisional Round to the Colts.

So while Manning did have a “down” year, it was hard to replicate the 5,477 yard season he put up in 2013.
