FANTASY FOOTBALL TIGHT ENDS TO TARGET IN 2019

NUMBER 11 – JACK DOYLE

Jack Doyle was injured for a majority of the 2018 season, so his numbers weren’t all that great, but he still makes the top ten on tight ends to target for 2019.

Last year saw Doyle start six games and he hauled in 26 receptions for 245 yards and two touchdowns. Injuries to Doyle allowed Eric Ebron to take charge at the tight end position in Indianapolis and Ebron could be why owners are turned off from taking Doyle.

Doyle is technically the Colts’ starting tight end, even with Ebron’s emergence last year. Also – Let’s remember that Ebron was considered a bust until last year. He hadn’t done much with Detroit and it took moving to Indy to revive his career.

Jack Doyle might have to split time with Ebron, but he’s still worth picking up in most leagues. Target him anywhere from the seventh to tenth round, or whenever the run on tight ends begins.
