Fantasy Football: Top 15 Defenses and Special Teams to Target in 2019

As mentioned earlier, I typically scan the waiver wire for a new defense about every week, but if you are the kind of fantasy player who likes to have a top defense and roll with it, hopefully, this list helps.
If owners can get one of the top eight teams, they will be set. If they’re lucky enough to get the Bears, they will especially be set.
Another couple of teams to watch out for are the Titans and the Jaguars. The Titans could be a sneaky good pick that probably a lot of other owners aren’t thinking about and the Jaguars are high risk, high reward team that it could be worth taking a chance on.
