The Kansas City Chiefs have a great home field advantage in the NFL, but what about the Chiefs fans who want to travel to an away game? Here are the four best away games to attend in 2019.

Arrowhead Stadium is a great place to watch a football game, but Kansas City Chiefs fans might want to get out of Missouri to watch a Chiefs game this year. Should fans only be able to travel to ONE away game in 2019, which ones should they consider? Let’s take a look.

BEST AWAY GAMES IN 2019

NUMBER FOUR – CHIEFS AT BRONCOS (10/17)

While the Chiefs/Broncos rivalry has been one-sided the last few years, shouldn’t that make traveling to Denver for a game even more enticing? It just so happens that the game in Denver this season between these two bitter rivals is going to be under the lights at Mile High Stadium.

While it’s not as exciting as a Sunday night game, the two will play on Thursday Night Football in week seven of the regular season. The Chiefs have swept the Broncos in each of the last three seasons, so giving Denver home field advantage for Thursday Night Football, which tends to favor the home team, means Chiefs Kingdom needs to show up in masses for this one.

Also, as much as I dislike the Broncos, Denver is a cool city and one that I try to visit several times a year (it helps that one of my brothers lives out there). For those who haven’t visited Denver or Colorado in general, try to get out this year and make it around this time of year so you can support the Chiefs!
