RANKING AFC WEST TIGHT ENDS

NUMBER 1 – TRAVIS KELCE

Is this any surprise at all? Chiefs fans know that Travis Kelce is the best in the entire league, and most other fan bases would probably admit it as well, assuming they aren’t too caught up in the fandom bias.

Kelce has been a sensation ever since his second pro season (he missed nearly his entire rookie year due to injury) and just keeps getting better and better. Last year he recorded a career high in receptions with 103 and had a career year in yards too, with 1,336 and ten touchdowns (another career high).

In other words, Kelce is the gift that keeps on giving. He’s 29 years old, turning 30 in October, and has shown few signs of slowing down. Even when he had Alex Smith throwing to him, Kelce was the best weapon on the field, but adding Patrick Mahomes to the mix has been too much for the opposition.

Travis Kelce is without a doubt the best tight end in the AFC West, and in the entire National Football League.
