2018 NFL Draft: KC Kingdom Mock Draft

Round 1: Pick 19 – Tennessee Titans (Leigh Oleszczak)

. Tight End. Iowa. Noah Fant. 19. player. 35

The Titans always seem to be one of those teams that needs help in the passing game. This year is no different and with tight end Delanie Walker missing all of last season due to injury and getting up there in age, the Titans need to think about his replacement.

Well, Tennessee got themselves a solid tight end in Noah Fant out of Iowa. Fant split time with T.J. Hockenson at Iowa, but was still a very productive weapon for the Hawkeyes. He had 11 touchdowns in 2017 and seven this past year.

Whether it’s Marcus Mariota or Ryan Tannehill quarterbacking the Titans this season, they’ll have to love having Noah Fant as an option to throw to. He’s that good.

Staff Reaction: Noah Fant to the Titans is a solid move. Found good value in the back half of the first round and adds another weapon to the Titans offense that struggled at times last year. Fant becomes the heir apparent to an aging Delanie Walker. – Kole
