RANKING EVERY FIRST ROUND PICK IN CHIEFS HISTORY

NUMBER 32 – MO MOORMAN

With the 19th pick in the 1968 NFL Draft, the Chiefs added Mo Moorman to their roster. Moorman was a part of the organization for six years, winning a Super Bowl ring in 1969. Stats are hard to find on Moorman, but considering he spent all six years of his career with the same (contending) team is impressive. He was out of the league after 1973 however.

NUMBER 31 – TYSON JACKSON

The Chiefs were really bad in 2008 and that meant they got to pick higher in the following year’s draft. They went with Tyson Jackson third overall and it was not a great selection. Jackson was with the Chiefs for five years and started 55 games with 137 tackles and nine sacks before moving on to Atlanta. He’s been out of the league since 2016.

NUMBER 30 – GLENN DORSEY

The Chiefs were also bad in 2007 and had the fifth overall pick in the 2008 NFL Draft. Glenn Dorsey was the pick and he was not much better than Jackson. Dorsey started 65 games and had 236 tackles with four sacks. He spent 2013-2016 with the 49ers, but has been out of the league ever since.

**Anyone else ever confuse Jackson and Dorsey? They were taken in back to back drafts and were equally uninspiring as Chiefs.**
