The Kansas City Chiefs 2019 schedule was officially released on Wednesday and while we have already known who the opponents were going to be, we now have the time and the dates. What games should fans look forward to?

The Kansas City Chiefs will be celebrating their 60th season in style, hosting two home primetime games on Sunday Night Football and traveling to Mexico City in November to play the Los Angeles Chargers on Monday Night Football.

Compared to last season’s schedule, 2019 has a lot of similarities. The Chiefs will only host one home game within the first four weeks, and three of their last five games in December will be played at Arrowhead.

Having a front heavy road schedule isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but this is now the third season in-a-row that the Chiefs have had to open on the road. This is also the third year in a row that the Chiefs have had to travel to Foxboro to take on the Patriots.

The NFL needs put the Pats in Arrowhead on prime time for a change, but I digress.

So without further ado, here five games to look forward to in 2019.
