Offseason workouts for the Kansas City Chiefs have begun, but the team’s roster remains fluid, far from concrete. The draft is now under two weeks away, and the Chiefs, with ample cap space and trade capital, may be looking to acquire a veteran.

But who might that veteran be? Last Thursday, I took a look at three defensive players the Kansas City Chiefs could acquire via trade: linebacker Haason Reddick and cornerbacks Jalen Ramsey (further explored here) and Patrick Peterson.

In part two, I’m going to take a look at another three defensive players for whom Kansas City could deal. Like last week’s article, two of these guys play the same position, but overall, these three play different positions than Reddick, Ramsey, and Peterson.

All three of these players would increase the defense’s 2019 ceiling, even if that means supplanting a current starter.

So, let’s dive right in!
