Detroit Lions (6-10)

Mattew Stafford and the Detroit Lions have had a struggling franchise for a long time now. From blown leads to failures on defense, the Lions have been just below the level of the elite with only three postseason berths since 2000.

The Lions do consistently put points on the board, and though they have struggled, no team can be counted out. The Chiefs defensive changes will make them much harder to beat compared to last seasons defense, especially backed up by their powerhouse offensive starters.

This game can be expected to be a high-scoring affair, without a doubt.

Jacksonville Jaguars (5-11)

The Jacksonville Jaguars struggled last season. In what was appearing to be a successful run at the beginning of the season, the Jaguars carried a seven-game losing streak until nearly the end of the season. They were successful in shutting out the Colts in Week 13, but were ultimately kept out of the playoffs and earned last place in the AFC South.

Blake Bortles did somethings right last season, but struggled against the Kansas City Chiefs in  week five, scoring only 14 points to the Chiefs’ 30. The Jaguars have dominated in the past thanks to their powerful defensive line, however, stopping the unstoppable train that the Chiefs offense can turn into is a huge feat.
