The Kansas City Chiefs have something special with Patrick Mahomes. Let’s rank every single one of his performances from the 2018 season.

When the Kansas City Chiefs traded up to draft Patrick Mahomes in the 2017 NFL Draft, Chiefs fans were experiencing something new. Many of us never had a franchise quarterback that had been DRAFTED by the organization. Mahomes was that, for all of us.

After an MVP season that saw Mahomes throw for over 5,000 yards and 50 scores, I thought it’d be fun to look back at all 18 games the Chiefs QB1 played this year and rank them.

The unique thing with these rankings is that Mahomes really didn’t have any bad games. Sure he had some starts where he wasn’t on his game as much as others, but even in those “lesser” performances, just about any other team in the league would have loved for their signal caller to have a day like that.

I didn’t just go off the stats with these games. I kept in mind things like comebacks, particular drives, and overall performance of the team. For instance, did Mahomes keep the Chiefs in these games because of the defense’s lack of production? Things like that came into play when putting these rankings together.

So, let’s get this party started! Sit, back, relax, and relive one of the most exciting seasons in Chiefs history thanks to PM15.

HERE WE GO.
