Mizzou football all-time passing yards ranking: 2. Drew Lock (12,193)

The most recent quarterback to take snaps in Columbia is also second all-time in passing yards for the Tigers. Drew Lock spent 2015-2018 with Missouri and finished his career with 12,193 yards, 99 touchdowns, and 39 interceptions.

There were a lot of expectations for Lock when he entered the program in 2015 and he lived up to the bill with his stats. His junior year saw him throw for 3,964 yards, 44 touchdowns, and 13 interceptions. His senior numbers weren’t as good, but Lock is the prototype for what teams want their quarterbacks to be.

Lock left Missouri second all-time in passing yards and is second all-time in SEC passing yards, trailing only Aaron Murray of Georgia. There were hopes of Lock being a Heisman candidate during his time with Mizzou, but that never came to fruition.

He leaves the program with big time numbers, however, and MU fans know he will go on to do great things in the NFL.
