ALL-TIME LEADERS IN RECEIVING YARDS FOR NEBRASKA FOOTBALL

NUMBER 8 – TODD PETERSON (1,602)

HUSKER WIDE RECEIVER FROM 2005-2008

Todd Peterson was an explosive wide receiver for the Huskers, especially in his junior and senior seasons. Overall, Peterson had 108 receptions for 1,602 yards and 13 touchdowns.

While Peterson had more touchdowns as a junior, his receiving yardage totaled skyrocketed in 2008. He had 359 yards and five touchdowns in 2007 and then 786 yards and four touchdowns in 2008.

Peterson played for the Huskers in a time where they were as explosive as ever offensively. He didn’t disappoint in the role either and sits eighth all-time for the Nebraska Cornhuskers with 1,602 yards receiving.
