GOOD: PATRICK MAHOMES

For all of the people (Colin Cowherd mainly) who think that Patrick Mahomes can’t win the big game, that’s total garbage. The team is 1-4 in their primetime games, but the losses can’t be placed squarely on Mahomes.

Without Mahomes, the Chiefs aren’t a playoff team, which is the reason why he deserves MVP more than anyone else. He carried his team as far as he could in this loss, but once again, the defense and other offensive players let him down.

Mahomes had another good game on Sunday night, going 23 of 40 for 273 yards and three touchdowns. He also added 33 yards on the ground. He once again had some impressive throws, but sadly, it wasn’t enough once again in the bright lights of primetime.

That being said, however, Mahomes was spectacular in this game and really is a lot of fun to watch. He’s going to have be flawless in the playoffs in order for the Chiefs to make a run and that’s unfortunate for him because he deserves better.
