SIT ‘EM – WR

player. 54. . Wide Receiver. Eagles. Golden Tate. 3

Golden Tate to Philadelphia hasn’t been the move we were all expecting it to be and he continues to be a Sit ‘Em option heading into week 13. The Eagles might face a banged up Redskins secondary, but they’ve been decent in some aspects.

Michael Fabiano of NFL.com says,

"The Redskins are giving up just 4.6 receptions and 0.3 TDs per game to enemy slot receivers."

Tate hasn’t even passed the 100 yard mark during his stint with the Eagles yet and that’s through three games. He’s been targeted 20 times and has hauled in 11 passes for 97 yards and hasn’t found the end zone.

At this point, it’s a big risk to count on Golden Tate to give you any production and against a formidable Redskins defense… I’d sit him.
