NUMBER 1: CHIEFS VS CHARGERS (DECEMBER 13, 7:20 PM)

The toughest game remaining on KC’s schedule is a home match-up against the AFC West rival Los Angeles Chargers. The Chiefs get LA at Arrowhead in week 15 and will look to make it five straight years in which they’ve swept the Bolts.

This was originally number two on my list due to it being a home game, but the Chargers are a better team than the Seahawks. They’ve been right on the Chiefs’ heels in the division to this point and had LA pulled off that win in Denver last week, the pressure would be on Kansas City even more to keep winning.

The Chiefs beat the Chargers by ten points in the season opener, but LA really is a team that no one talks about. They tend to go on tears and could give the Chiefs more than they could handle.

The good news with this game is that the Chiefs get it at home in front of their revved up fans. If Chiefs Kingdom comes in rocking and rolling for a Thursday night battle, the Chargers might be out of this one before we can blink. The Saturday night game between the two last year went down that path, so hopefully this one does too.
