SIT ‘EM

Mike Davis. 1. player. 36. . Running Back. Seahawks

This really could be any Seahawks running back, but I specifically went with Mike Davis here. Davis shares the backfield with both Chris Carson and rookie Rashaad Penny and that has made any of the Seahawk running backs a gamble in fantasy football.

Davis has been solid the last two weeks, notching double digit points in PPR leagues on ESPN. The big thing to note with Davis, however, is that he hasn’t found the end zone since week five.

Carries are everything in PPR leagues (obviously) and with Davis competing for carries with two other backs those could be hard to find now. He’s also not scoring touchdowns, which really begs the question: Is it worth the risk of starting Davis this week on a short week?

With Carson finally looking to be healthy and Penny accompanying the two in the backfield as well, Mike Davis could be an afterthought moving foward. Keep Davis on the bench for Thursday night.
