GOOD: JUSTIN HOUSTON

Speaking of pass rush, Justin Houston had himself a nice day. He didn’t get a sack, but the former third round pick made his presence known. He had an interception, one quarterback hit, and one tackle on the day.

Houston had missed several games, but having him back on Sunday was huge. Chiefs fans didn’t realize how much this defense needed Houston until he returned to the unit. Hopefully he can stay healthy and keep eating.

GOOD: DEE FORD

Houston’s righthand man had a good game too. Dee Ford recorded a sack, four quarterback hits, six total tackles, and three tackles for loss. Ford has really come into his own this season and while we can all say “Contract year, don’t buy into it”, it’d be tough to move on from Ford. He’s playing out of his freaking mind this season.
