SIT ‘EM – TE

Tight End. Colts. Eric Ebron. 4. player. 46.

Eric Ebron was looking like the next big thing at tight end in fantasy football and while he still could be, this week isn’t a good match-up for him. For one, the Jaguars defense has been good against the tight end position.

Another big thing to watch with Ebron is that he now will be battling for targets with fellow Colts tight end Jack Doyle. Doyle was once a prime Start ‘Em candidate on a weekly basis and now he and Ebron will share the field for the first time since early on this season.

While I get that tight end is a thin position, Eric Ebron probably won’t generate a ton of points this weekend. If you’re willing to take that risk, so be it. I’d try and find a suitable replacement, but in some leagues, that might not be possible.

We need better tight ends!
