SIT ‘EM

55. . Tight End. Steelers. Jesse James. 2. player

No, I didn’t make an error here. In a rarity, I’m including two Sit ‘Em candidates on one page because they’re at the same position.

The Steelers have two able tight ends hauling in passes for them and I don’t like either of them for this week’s match-up. Vance McDonald had just three catches for 25 yards last week and the week prior had just 47 yards receiving.

James, on the other hand, had 53 yards receiving last week (out gaining McDonald), but had only nine yards through the air in week eight. James also hasn’t found the end zone since week two.

While McDonald is getting more traction than Jesse James, the two really cancel each other out. This is tough too, as the Panthers have been rough defensively against the tight end, but neither guy is someone I’d trust at the position this week.
