On the other side of the field, we have Cam Newton, who has been playing out of his mind lately. Newton has notched over 20 points in ESPN leagues in each of the last four weeks and should continue that trend against a questionable Steelers secondary.

Newton is currently the second highest quarterback in projected points for this weekend and he’s a lock to be QB1 in fantasy leagues for this week. While I mentioned the Steelers secondary is questionable, it’s actually been playing much better lately.

With that said, however, Cam Newton has been playing some of his best football over the past month. I don’t see how you can go away from him at this point. His ability to both throw the ball and run for extra yards makes him a great fantasy football option at quarterback.
