GOOD: TRAVIS KELCE

Travis Kelce, also a native of Cleveland, had himself a game too and belongs in the GOOD this week! Watching defenders try to tackle Kelce is comical and it that was evident on Sunday.

Kelce finished Sunday with seven catches for 99 yards and two touchdowns. Ever since week one where Kelce had just six yards receiving, he has been unstoppable, notching at least 61 yards in every game since then.

Kelce’s production is vital for this offense because the guy is nearly impossible to bring down. He’s become one of Patrick Mahomes‘ favorite targets and we should expect that to continue throughout the last half of the season.

Speaking of Mahomes…

GOOD: PATRICK MAHOMES

The Chiefs quarterback has now thrown for 300 yards in eight straight games, as he finished Sunday’s double digit win going 23 of 32 for 375 yards, three touchdowns, and a pick. The interception came at the end of the first half when Mahomes was trying to get some points heading into the half.

Mahomes now has 29 touchdowns to seven interceptions and it’s looking more and more likely that he could break Peyton Manning‘s all-time single season touchdown record. Let’s take things one game at a time for now, but Mahomes sure is fun to watch!
